At Retro.ist, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any issues with a product, we are here to help. Please find our returns and exchanges policy below:

1. Return Conditions

– Return Period: You can return a product within 30 days of receipt. Requests made after this period will not be processed.

– Return Requirements: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  – The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  – Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned.

  – A purchase receipt or invoice is required for the return process.

2. Return Process

– To initiate a return, please contact us at info@retro.ist. After receiving your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on the return procedures.

– Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after the product is received.

– Shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

3. Exchange Policy

– Exchange Period: You can exchange a product for a different size, colour, or another product within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition.

– To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@retro.ist.

– Additional shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product has a manufacturing defect, in which case we will cover the costs.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

– If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer you a free exchange or refund to resolve the issue.

– Photos of the damaged or defective product may be required, so please be careful when opening the packaging upon receipt.

5. Personalised Products

– Personalised or custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please note this when placing an order for such items.

6. Exceptions

– For health and hygiene reasons, certain accessories like earrings cannot be returned once their packaging has been opened.

– Discounted or promotional items may not be eligible for return. The return conditions for such products will be specified on the product detail page.
