Retro.ist is a platform dedicated to showcasing handmade products crafted by women. We offer a variety of traditional Turkish handicrafts, including knitting, ceramics, macramé, knitted baskets, pottery, and other artisanal products, helping women achieve economic independence.
Are your products handmade?
Yes, all products sold on Retro.ist are handmade. Each product is carefully crafted by skilled women and is unique. Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations between products may occur, which is a natural result of their handcrafted nature.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time for your order may vary depending on your location and product availability. Local deliveries usually take 3-5 business days, while international shipments may take longer. Retro.ist reserves the right to modify the delivery time based on product quantity, multiple purchases, and stock status. The estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout.
Can I make changes to my order?
You can make changes to your order before it is processed. However, once your order has been processed, changes may no longer be possible. Please contact us at info@retro.ist as soon as possible with any change requests.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with your purchase from Retro.ist, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and not personalised. For more details, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Can I return personalised products?
Personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned. Please ensure that the personalisation details are correct when placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
At Retro.ist, we accept credit cards, debit cards, and various online payment methods. The available payment options are listed in detail on the payment page.
Do you ship products internationally?
Yes, Retro.ist ships products internationally. Additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply for international shipments, and these are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping fees will be detailed at checkout, and you will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order through the courier's website.
Is there a quality guarantee on your products?
Yes, all our products are produced to high-quality standards. However, minor variations in handmade products are normal. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect with your product, please contact us immediately.
